“When we first contemplated building a home for the first time, we were a little apprehensive. We had heard the horror stories from friends who had built their own homes. We had heard the advice about, “make sure you have a strong marriage, because building a home will be one of the most stressful times in your marriage.” Well, we are here to say that none of this was true with our experience with Drew Walling Custom Homes.

From the day we first met Drew, we had a great feeling about him and the process of building our dream home. His calm, confident, “I’ve-got-it-under-control” demeanor, combined with his flexibility and willingness to guide us through the process, made our home-building experience one of the most satisfying and rewarding experiences we could ever imagine. Drew provided solid advice and counsel throughout the project and his knowledge of every aspect of the construction process kept us well-informed and confident we had made a great choice in choosing him as our builder. He handled our changes and adjustments along the way with ease, and did an outstanding job of managing his contractors to ensure the project stayed on schedule.

We moved into our dream home in late October 2010, about a month ahead of schedule. Since that time Drew has been available to us for any issues or concerns. His commitment and responsiveness has not changed even after all the bills had been paid. We love our home – it has far exceeded all of our expectations and we know for a fact that Drew was one of the primary reasons we can say that. We plan to do some finish out work in the attic next year and there is no question that we will be calling Drew when the time comes to start that project.
